An opportunity has arisen for a Catering Assistant to join our exciting and customer-focused team in the Barista coffee shop in our Belfast port.
The individual will report to the Onboard Services & Sales Commercial Manager and will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks to our customers.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based drinks, pour overs, and tea.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and techniques.
