To further strengthen our business operations and project delivery, we are looking for a Team Support to join us. You will be integral to how we operate, working closely with our leadership team to provide administrative support for the day-to-day operation of our business and our projects.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide support to members of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) across UK & Ireland, including diary management, arranging meetings, travel, and expenses.
- Assist with operational administrative tasks like preparing materials for meetings, updating management records, and supporting internal communications.
- Support Project Managers with project-related administrative tasks such as updating forecasts, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

You should be or will have:
- Experience in similar roles like executive assistant or project coordinator.
