Job Description
Contract role: IT Vendor Management
Contract Start: ASAP
Contract duration: 12 months (PAYE inside IR35)
Contract location: Sheffield, 2-3 days onsite each week, with the rest remote (full-time, Monday – Friday)

This role requires the following experience:
- Vendor performance monitoring and measurement: key performance indicators and performance tracking
- Performance reviews and feedback: supporting and contributing to regular monitoring reviews and reporting to stakeholders
- Relationship management: building and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Issue resolution and dispute management: addressing performance issues and managing escalations
- Risk mitigation: reviewing potential risks
- Data analysis: reviewing and reporting vendor data
- Workflow reporting
- Candidates with a procurement background will also be considered
- Graduate education
