Salary: £45,000 to £54,000 (depending on experience and competencies that can be delivered) plus company car or car allowance and other benefits!

We are looking for professional, dedicated, and passionate individuals with solid occupational experience to join our team.
Ideally, we are looking for trainers who would like to join Intertrain on permanent contracts, however if you are looking for a part time / associate contract, please do not hesitate to apply as we are open to discuss this further.
Intertrain is the UK’s largest commercial railway infrastructure training provider, and this is an exciting opportunity to join our well-established business.
As a Trainer you will provide induction, initial assessment, and advice and guidance to all learners enrolled on Rail Intertrain training courses and programmes. You will assess learners’ progress and maintain accurate records of assessments of learning carried out, learner journey, achievement and feedback provided.

About You
Attributes we are looking for…
- You must have a Level 3 training and development qualification or equivalent
- Full UK Driving License
- You must be NSAR Assured Trainer/Assessor
- Team player, motivated and able to inspire the learner journey with excellent communication skills
- All applicants must have good previous Rail experience and hold a minimum of COSS Competence
