This social research agency specialise in research, evaluation and behavioural insights. They are a purpose led business with a strong mission – they have a social, ethical and environmental conscience and they empower their team to make a positive difference to wider society.
The team work with a broad range of public service clients, including health agencies, social housing providers and charities as well as local authorities and central government clients. They are now looking to make a key appointment at Research Manager level – you will share the team’s values to make a positive impact and difference and you will love being part of a company that gives back (they give a proportion of their profits to various charities every year!)
The role will focus on managing the delivery of key research projects, from design through to reporting and delivery. Experience in delivering both quantitative and qualitative research is highly desirable, either from a public sector or private sector background. Writing proposals and pitching for work to potential clients will likely feature in your role, so previous experience in this area would be advantageous. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and used to managing a number of projects at the same time for different clients.
