Hargrave Park School – Early Years Education Worker
Hargrave Park School is a one and a half form entry primary school with Children\’s Centre facilities situated in the heart of Archway. Our school motto is \”We Aim High\”.
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Scale 5 Early Years Education Worker to work in our Children’s Centre.
Hargrave Park Children’s Centre provides Childcare and Early Years Education for 9 FTE babies and 28 FTE toddlers from 6 months to three years. It is open 49 weeks per year, with most children moving into our school’s Early Years Foundation Stage. The Centre offers an environment that is inviting, stimulating, and safe, fostering independence and enjoyable learning experiences both indoors and outdoors.
As a Scale 5 Early Years Education Worker, you will support and work closely with our Under 3s Phase Lead and Assistant Headteacher for EYFS and KS1. Your responsibilities include assisting in the daily operation of the Children’s Centre and educational activities, and playing a key role in establishing positive, secure relationships with children and their families. You will also be involved in the daily care and developmental support of each child.
