We have an exciting opportunity in the Clackmannanshire Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults for a Clinical Support Worker to join us. The successful candidate will work alongside the wider multidisciplinary team with the shared goal of delivering the highest standard of person-centred care.

The post is based in the Clackmannanshire Community Healthcare Centre delivering care and treatment mostly in the community for a wide range of mental health needs, including Dementia.

This post is part of an Integrated Community Mental Health Service which forms part of the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership.

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Clinical Support Worker with experience working in a caring role within a health/social care setting. Experience of working with older adults would be advantageous.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post and venepuncture training is desirable for this post.
