The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Axis has experienced continual growth since its establishment in 1986, we’re not aiming to be the biggest service provider, however we intend to be the best. We work with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out maintenance works and servicing our clients properties

Installing Bathrooms and Kitchens
-
Replacing immersion tanks and immersion heaters

Locating and repairing hot and cold water bursts

Excavating the ground to repair cold water supplies and drainage systems
Requirements:

Full clean driving licence (essential)

Qualified City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 (essential)

Attention to detail (essential)

Health and safety conscious ensuring policies and procedures are meet at all times (essential)
