As we expand our support for apprenticeships, we have multiple opportunities available for this position. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality programmes by coordinating key processes, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent service to learners and employers.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Quality and Compliance teams with day-to-day admin and coordination.
- Managing apprenticeship learner onboarding, paperwork, and compliance checks.
- Helping with assessments, progress monitoring, and post-programme support.
- Arranging and minuting meetings, updating records and databases.
- Conducting compliance reviews and highlighting risks.
- Producing reports and supporting ad-hoc projects.
- Leading a small development project as part of your apprenticeship.
- Supporting learners with special educational needs assessments.
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – essential.
- Transferable skills welcome — whether from customer service, admin, hospitality, or a recent degree.
