Are you a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing telesales teams remotely? We\’re looking for an ambitious Telemarketing Team Manager to take charge of a growing team of appointment setters, driving performance, quality, and results for our field sales force.

Responsibilities for our Telemarketing Team Manager:
- Manage, coach and develop a team of circa 20-25 Telemarketing Advisors.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Monitor productivity and drive KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads
- Ensure the quality and qualification of all appointments set for field sales reps.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing performance reviews.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support a seamless sales process and outstanding customer experience.
Requirements for our Telemarketing Team Manager:
- A motivated and target-driven leader with a passion for sales success
- Demonstrable experience managing remote telesales/telemarketing teams in a high-paced environment.
- A strong track record of exceeding team sales targets and driving performance through coaching.
