Job summary

This role is based at Regent Court within the Finance Department near Five Ways, Birmingham, B15 1NU.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join the Trust\’s Purchase Ledger Department.

The successful candidate will join a busy team responsible for processing supplier payments within agreed timeframes, reconciling statements and dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries.

The post holder will be required to communicate directly with suppliers and Trust staff on a regular basis to investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working within a busy accounts payable environment involving speed and accuracy and a strong customer focus.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a high level of numeracy, good IT literacy and a professional, proactive, flexible approach to work.

Experience of planning and achieving tasks to tight deadlines will also be required.
