Our bakeries are a hub of comfort and happiness in our Wegmans stores. As a member of our Bakery Department, you’ll work alongside a talented team responsible for producing and packaging breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods that brighten our customers’ day. Our fast-moving, people-first bakeries are the perfect place to showcase your passion for baking.
What will you do?
- Bake, produce, and package baked goods
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer questions promptly
- Maintain fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and aisles clean and well-stocked
- Assist in maximizing sales through effective stocking, rotating, and merchandising of products on the sales floor and in backroom areas
- Help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and coolers with new and existing inventory
