We are seeking a Blow Molding Process Expert to lead process optimization, standardization, and training across our manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include developing troubleshooting manuals, reducing product variability, waste, and costs, and working closely with plant managers to ensure optimal process performance, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Train plant blow mold operators and leaders on standard production processes.
  • Create and support process-related training materials.
  • Participate in the implementation of new equipment and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with project engineers on investments and automation projects.
  • Promote process improvements using lean techniques like Kaizen and VSM.
  • Analyze data and create reports to identify issues and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) for equipment.
  • Apply root cause analysis to solve daily issues.
  • Develop process parameters to meet quality and certification standards.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and labor standards.

Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Production, Mechanical, Electric, or Automation Engineering.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in the packaging industry, focused on blow molding.
  • Willingness to travel.
