Housing & Support Officer

Location: Spelthorne (TW18)

Salary: £26,000 per annum plus benefits

Type: Full-time, 39 hours per week

Transform Housing & Support is seeking a passionate and resilient Housing & Support Officer to empower clients to develop independence and daily living skills. The role involves housing management activities and supporting clients to resolve problems and achieve positive outcomes.

Experience working with vulnerable people or transferable skills are welcome; training will be provided for those new to the sector. A valid driving license and use of a personal car for work are essential. Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
  2. Managing your own time effectively to meet outcomes and deadlines
  3. Demonstrating computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
