Your role
Help take our Global Marketing organization to the next level! Join our team in analyzing trends and outliers to help guide the Marketing team to success. This role will be a part of the Business Intelligence team within the Global Revenue Operations organization. We aim to be the trusted source for data-driven Analytics & Reporting for the Marketing organization globally. This Manager role will be essential to leveraging our capabilities as a part of this organization dedicated to increasing our focus on marketing analytics.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to help define and drive implementation of overall reporting strategy for Marketing
- Build high-quality data analysis utilizing large operational data sets to address business questions and support strategies, effectively interpreting results and business impacts for top–level executives and stakeholders
- Create, review and maintain insightful dashboards to enable Marketing to improve business outcomes and optimize operational efficiency.
- Produce compelling and informative graphs, analyses, and presentations. Ensure standards of excellence in reporting and analytics around quality, timeliness and insight
- Manage other related tasks assigned on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis
What you\’ll need
- 7+ years’ experience analyzing marketing (preferred), sales, or financial performance
- 2+ years\’ experience with a Data Visualization Platform (PowerBI or similar)
- 1+ years\’ experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and Salesforce
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and comfortable with large data sets
- Experience with programming languages (. Python, SQL) a plus
- Analytical problem solver and independent-minded
- High-energy, high-integrity individual who can simultaneously drive change while sustaining a culture of collaborative team environment
- MBA preferred or equivalent work experience
