Legal Assistant/Paralegal – Data Governance and Data Protection
We\’re delighted to be supporting a leading Social Purpose Law Firm on their search for a new Legal Assistant specialising in Data Protection to assist with the growth of the firm\’s data team/offering. If you want to work for a law firm that is wanting to make a difference, supporting clients from charities to healthcare.
The Role
- You will be working on a variety of rights requests including DSARs and being the first line in relation to data protection queries.
- Managing the data protection inbox
- Supporting the Legal Director on day-to-day requirements.
Requirements
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- 1-2 years experience working in data protection, ideally in a law firm but not a requirement.
- 3 days a week onsite in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Manchester, or Macclesfield
Package
- Salary up to £35,000
