CLEANING
- Conduct cleaning of all office spaces according to scheduled times, including boardrooms, kitchens, and toilets. Restock supplies and cleaning products as needed.
- Empty waste bins in offices and kitchens, dispose of rubbish appropriately, and place recycling bins out for collection as per schedule.
- Recycling of waste materials such as batteries and printer cartridges should be prioritized.
- Dispose of larger waste items using municipal facilities.
- Clean interior windows as scheduled. Supervise external window cleaning for high-level windows.
- Maintain hygiene and functionality of kitchen appliances. Ensure dishwashers are filled and emptied regularly for clean crockery and cutlery.
- Clean accommodation spaces after occupancy, change linens, and stock bathrooms with hygiene products. Provide fresh towels for guests.
- Perform basic laundry tasks, including washing bedding and towels, and occasionally iron shirts or handle dry cleaning for senior management.
- Perform additional duties related to cleaning as directed.
HOSPITALITY
- Set up the boardroom for meetings, ensuring availability of tea, coffee, water, and necessary audio/visual equipment. Manage catering and dietary requirements. Clean the room after meetings.
- Maintain the office diary for booking and confirming meeting rooms.
- Ensure a steady supply of office consumables and reorder as needed.
- Greet visitors, maintain a visitor log for safety and fire procedures, and escort visitors to meetings.
- Handle deliveries, including postal services and courier deliveries, ensuring they reach the correct recipients.
- Prepare and distribute staff drinks as requested.
- Take lunch orders from senior staff, collect from vendors, and deliver to the appropriate locations.
- Occasionally drive to collect visitors, parcels, or supplies.
- Perform additional duties related to hospitality as directed.
