Blue Arrow are seeking a Branch Sales Manager with a passion for outdoor living and home improvement to join a large independent retailer of high- quality garden rooms, hot tubs, saunas and wellness products. Full-time role: average 43.5 hours/week, including weekends (5-6 day rota) Based onsite approximately 20-30 mins from Belfast Base Salary: £33,000+ Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £38,000-£43,000 Company vehicle provided for site visits – full UK driving licence essential You\’ll guide customers through the unique, fully constructed garden buildings and outdoor displays, helping them create stunning spaces for work, relaxation, and wellness.
