Job Description:
Distribution Equipment Operator
Richmond Hill
About the Role:
- Maintains communication within production team member ensuring smooth shift transitions, etc.
- Support technical in maintenance activities
- Perform weekly maintenance activities
- Monitors raw materials, supplies to ensure efficient production
- Determine acceptable quality ranges on packaging
- Coordinate communication between palletizing and Filler operations
- Safe and efficient operation of all downstream equipment.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00PM to 7:30AM. Shifts are 12 hours. We maintain a 2-3 rotation, where in fourteen calendar days you will work a total of seven where every other weekend is a long weekend
About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Post secondary or equivalent experience required
- 2 – 3 years manufacturing related experience
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
- Fluency in English both oral and written
