About the Role
We’re seeking an energetic and attentive Banquet Server to join our team. You will be the face of hospitality during events, ensuring guests receive top‑notch service in a timely and professional manner. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Prepare banquet rooms by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and tableware according to event specifications.
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout the event.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests.
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness during and after events.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth event execution.
