JOB TITLE: LECTURER – ENDEAVOUR PROGRAMME

LOCATION: KING\’S LYNN & WISBECH

HOURS: 37 PER WEEK

Our Endeavour programme creates a supportive and positive learning environment which is intended to develop study skills, as well as raise attainment and self confidence for our learners. Our programmes support them towards City & Guilds qualifications through 7 week blocks of lessons; and successful students can progress throughout the year, from Entry Level through to Level 2. Throughout the course you\’ll help them to develop valuable life, communication, study and employability skills alongside obtaining English and maths qualifications.

The Endeavour team work with colleagues across CWA to provide our learners with employability skills, personal development and help them on their path to further study or employment.

This is a chance to make a real difference to young people who have had difficulties in their educational career.

Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not normally be made at point 12 or above (£35,831 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
