Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to customers and overseas partners.
- Working closely with colleagues, ensuring to maintain the highest level ofoperational performance.
- Resolving accounting issues and queries as and when directed by management, ensuring these are dealt with within a timely manner.
- Identify and provide early warning to your direct line manager on any issues and problems that could have an adverse effect on deadlines
- Building and maintaining relationships (internal/external)
- Discuss task delegation and review issues with direct linemanager
- Communication: fast response to all enquires
- Assist in the interview and recruitment of team members
- Work closely with direct line manager to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Handling escalations from customers and internally
- Proactively resolve internal or external issues quickly
- Assist with training new team members
- Any other duties as required by management.
