This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing a variety of tasks related to freight operations, customer communication, and regulatory compliance. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining service standards, resolving customer issues, and supporting operational efficiency across departments. This role requires you to work Monday to Friday on a rotational shift pattern between 07:30am – 18:00pm.

You will be responsible for

  • Providing timely and professional support to customers by addressing general enquiries, shipment tracking, and documentation assistance.

About you

You are a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. While prior knowledge of hazardous cargo and experience in the shipping or freight industry would be advantageous, it is not essential—we are committed to providing training to help you develop a high standard of knowledge in this area.

You take pride in being detail-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You are comfortable using basic computer programs such as Word and Excel, and you’re eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
