We are proud to partner with a reputable, high-quality food manufacturer based in Driffield. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives and Packers for ongoing opportunities.

Starting Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate starts available (we\’re happy to accommodate notice periods)

Your Role as a Food Production Operative:

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, responsible for:

  • Weighing small food items into various bag sizes
  • Sealing, wrapping, and packaging products
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Transporting bulk bags to storage and loading for dispatch
  • Supporting general housekeeping and assisting production and site managers

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Previous food production experience is a plus but not essential; full training provided
  • Own transport required due to location
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude
  • Reliability and good timekeeping
  • A desire for long-term work and career progression
