Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering social housing planned works contracts. You will oversee projects including kitchens, bathrooms, voids, and roofing works for an established property services provider.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and review work schedules, including labour and materials
- Manage both in-house and subcontracting teams
- Liaise with site managers and project coordinators for accurate site updates
- Ensure high-quality work in line with client KPIs
- Implement contingency planning and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- Qualified construction manager or equivalent
- SMSTS and relevant CSCS card
- Experience in social housing planned works
