Shifts:07:0‑14:30, 14:30‑22:00, 07:00‑22:00, 21:45‑07:00 (rota-based)

About Beech and Willow House
Located in the heart of Tile Hill, Beech and Willow House is a warm and welcoming service where residents enjoy a vibrant lifestyle. Interests include gardening, cooking, swimming, sports, and community outings. The service is just a short walk from local shops, cafes, pubs, a library, and banks—perfect for supporting independence and social engagement.
Your Role as a Support Worker
Your responsibilities will include:
- Empowering individuals to live independently and confidently
- Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and community activities
- Encouraging hobbies and interests like gardening, cooking, swimming, and volunteering
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
