Here at Lifeways in Coventry we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
At Ash House, we promote choice and independence and each person receives one-to-one support to enable them to live the life they choose. The service is very activity-based and much of the week is spent on various hobbies and activities, chosen by the individuals who live here.
