We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Consultantto manage and develop a portfolioof Group Risk and Healthcare clients. You will be focused on ensuring clients feel supported at all times, providing advice andrecommendations that meet clientrequirements. Through strong client relationships and business development you willidentify new opportunitiesand promote thewider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to maximise opportunitiesand achieve growth targets.

Based in either Bristol, Bournemouth, Chichester or Birmingham this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will counton you to:
Managing existing Group Risk and Healthcare client portfolio providing strategic/quality consulting advice and direction
Identify new opportunitiesand promote thewider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to maximise revenuesand achieve growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues and key stakeholders
Providing accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendations
Liaising with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout
Promoting and delivering high quality service and advice
What you need to have:
Proven experience in Group Risk Consulting with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
Healthcare Consulting experience with IF7 preferred but not essential.
Adept at identifying business needs and aligning products to provide strategic solutions for clients
Self-driven and motivated with a confident and approachable style
Positive can-do attitude, who is happy to travel and enjoys meeting new people
