This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 firm within their market leading casualty fraud team. All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Lawyer to work alongside its existing Team dealing with their own caseload of litigated employers liability and public liability cases with a suspected fraudulent element. The ideal candidate will have at last 1 years’ experience as an EL / PL handler with sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules and Court procedures is also expected.
