Radis Community Care are looking for a Part Time Support Worker to join the Radis Team at Jubilee Court, March.

Jubilee Court offers 36 flats, providing high quality homes with a range of onsite services and facilities.

This will be a mix of morning and late shifts, alternative weekends. 20 – 25hours per week plus sickness and annual leave cover

Days – 10am – 1pm + 4pm – 9pm / 5pm – 10pm. Can be flexible. 5 days per week, including alternative weekends.

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, your primary responsibility is to assist elderly individuals who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain as much independence as possible. This includes supporting people we support with restricted mobility by aiding them in moving safely to dining areas for meals, communal spaces for social engagement, and back to the privacy of their own rooms when requested.

The role will require you to assist people we support with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with people, both individually and as a group.

The core aim of this role is to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect, consistently delivering care to the highest standard.
