Purpose
Move the Parent Reels from the end of the paper machine to the Warehouse following working instructions and safety guidelines.
Main Responsibilities
- Move wrapped and labeled Parent Reels to the Warehouse
- Prepare, move, and position parent reels at the wrapper if needed
- Weigh, wrap, and label reels as required
- Record details in the stock management system if needed
- Apply stickers according to quality procedures
- Operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely, perform daily checks, and report faults
- Operate other equipment as trained
- Maintain equipment to ensure daily functionality
- Assist with paper machine operation and cleaning when trained
- Adhere to quality, environmental, and health & safety standards
- Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the shift
- Follow health & safety rules
Qualifications
- FLT Licence
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
