About the Role
A Lead Content Designer is an expert practitioner responsible for setting standards, mentoring colleagues, and leading content design and user-centered design (UCD) approaches across multiple teams or complex services. They work autonomously, influence stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, user-focused content that aligns with client objectives and meets accessibility standards.

- Produce high-quality, user-focused content.
