Job Title : Warehouse Supervisor – Late shift Location : Stevenage Salary : £29,712 per annum Working Hours Monday – Friday : 4.00pm- 12.30am Shift 40 hours per week Daily 30-minute unpaid break After 40 hours- OT is paid at 1.5 Job Summary As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for managing your shift and supervising Assistant Supervisors & Operatives within your team. You will ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, focusing on quality, safety, and performance. Key Responsibilities and Duties Ensure the quality, qualifications, and experience of all team members are appropriate for their roles. Oversee the health and safety of the team and ensure compliance with operational health and safety policies. Record and report accidents in line with company policy. Maintain warehouse service levels while keeping costs at a minimum. Provide weekly reports to the Warehouse Manager on team performance and efficiency\’s. Promote good behaviours, motivate, mentor, and train staff to maximise productivity. Effectively manage under performing staff in line with company guidelines.
