Here at our beautiful home in Christchurch in Dorset, we are looking to welcome a new Wellbeing Assistant to join our fabulous Activity team.
Meaningful activity and purpose are essential elements of our care plans, and the wellbeing of our residents is directly related to their engagement in the social life within the home.
You\’ll probably have worked in a care home before, or possibly you\’re involved within social activities for older people in the community.
You\’ll be able to build relationships with residents and you\’re a great team player. Finding, sharing and celebrating the moments that matter is an incredibly rewarding job.
The role is for two 8-hour weekend shift per week, (16 hours in total) and we pay £12.82 an hour. There will be options to pick up shifts when available, and you may be able to work in some of our other departments too.
