About The Role
As a Home Administrator at HC-One, you will demonstrate unparalleled kindness, guiding every aspect of your work in our care home. Your role involves managing administrative systems to support the effective running of the home, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, administering the Time & Attendance system, and processing payroll and HR information, all with a focus on Resident wellbeing.
We are looking for candidates with an IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL, and experience in a busy office environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent time management, and organizational skills are essential. Your positive energy, natural communication skills, and kindness are vital to succeed in this role.
Safeguarding is everyone\’s responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional role-specific training, including knowing how to seek advice and escalate concerns if necessary.
