Finance Administrator
HOURS: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday – Friday (6‑month fixed term contract)
PAY: £24,500 – £27,846 (depending on experience) plus benefits

What Our Finance Administrators Do
- Process Concur claims to ensure employee expenses are paid promptly.
- Create new users, update cost centres, and manage the Concur inbox.
- Liaise with employees to support receipts and VAT.
- Report and monitor costs and journeys.
- Assist employees changing from personal cars to car allowance in line with rate change.
- Order company credit cards and chase employees to ensure claims are submitted on time.
- Handle banking administration duties, liaising with Trade Branches and supporting their requirements and queries.
What We Need From Our Finance Administrators
- Previous experience within a finance administration role is essential.
- Excel experience is essential.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong numerical skills and a high degree of data accuracy.
