Moxie People are leading the search for a compassionate Support Services Coordinator who wants to make a lasting impact. This is your opportunity to manage a team providing life-changing, trauma-informed support for adults and children in refuges and out in the community.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO MARCH 2026 (approx. 9 months) to cover a secondment.

Job Title: Support Service Coordinator
Salary: £29,000 per year
Contract: Fixed term until March 2026
Hours: 35 per week (some evening/weekend work required) – 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Your Role as a Refuge Service Coordinator:
️ Lead & inspire a team delivering frontline support in Blaenau Gwent.
️ Ensure adults and children in refuge receive life-changing support – while also supporting the Community Support Team.
️ Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and case management.
️ Work closely with external agencies to enhance service delivery.
️ Manage compliance, funding reports, and quality standards.

What You Need to Be a Great Support Services Coordinator:

Driving licence and access to a car required.
