Join Our Team as a Class 1 HGV Driver – Double Man Trunk Driver
About Us: Bullet Express is seeking a dedicated and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about driving and delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- 12.30pm daily start ( Mon – Fri ) to run double man trunk to Northampton.
- Loading Freight ( cages ) at collection customer premises.
- Secure freight safely for transit.
- Using industry leading technology for scanning freight.
- Accurately complete and submit all work-related paperwork at the end of each shift.
- Perform thorough vehicle checks before and after each shift.
- Report any non-conformities or near misses to your line manager promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Personal Qualities:
- Proven experience driving Heavy Goods Vehicles.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Pride in maintaining and respecting the provided equipment.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
Licence/Certification:
- Digital Tacho Card (Required)
- Appropriate Driving License (Required)
- Driver CPC (Required)
- Comprehensive knowledge of driver regulations (Required)
