Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ISO 9001 and other compliance programs (NSi, BRE, etc.)
- Oversee Quality Documentation and Management Systems
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and promote the process approach
- Manage Business Continuity Processes
- Handle certificates, memberships, and accreditations
- Plan and manage QEHS audit programs (internal and external)
- Conduct internal management system audits and report findings
- Collaborate with senior leadership and site managers on audit findings and corrective actions
- Investigate and report on customer and supplier complaints and quality issues
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9-5, hybrid working model
Candidate Profile:
We seek an autonomous decision-maker with the ability to prioritize effectively.
You will have:
- Extensive knowledge of QEHS management systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (preferred)
- Experience in the Fire & Security sector, including sector schemes like BAFE, NSI
- QEHS Membership (PCQI) qualifications and relevant memberships
- Auditing experience
- Knowledge of quality improvement and lean methodologies
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
- Strong communication skills and ability to recognize and escalate non-compliance
- Technical problem-solving skills for compliance issues
