MIG & TIG Welder – Wissington PE33 – £18ph – Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting skilled MIG & TIG Welders for an exciting opportunity at a well-established site in the Wissington. This role offers long-term potential with a reputable employer and the chance to become a permanent member of the team.
About the Role: As a Welder, you will be involved in maintaining and repairing essential production pipework, platforms, balustrades, and other structural components. Working within a live production environment, your expertise will support efficient operations and high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out MIG and TIG welding on pipework and structural components
- Complete maintenance and repair tasks to minimise downtime
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy work area
- Collaborate with on-site maintenance and production teams
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute break)
- £18.00 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5x
- Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
- Long-term, stable role within a well-established industry
