About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading and established global strategic healthcare partner that offers consulting and advisory services to the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and wellness industries.Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the care and treatment they need, regardless of their location, financial status, or other factors.

We have a number of SaaS products for which we are evaluating use cases for integrating generative AI capabilities. We recognize the challenge around the UX philosophy used so far in software development, and the opportunity for it’s disruption by defining new UX principles and tactical approaches to support a co-creation process between the user and AI. We’re building a capability that renders the human as pilot, and AI as co-pilot – and the place where they intersect is a new collaborative user experience that we are shaping now.

What You\’ll Do

  • Own and consistently update the Global Design System, enabling unified digital experiences across a number of new and established products.
  • Manage Product Design roadmaps, working closely with relevant Product Managers and Engineers.
  • Drive and introduce new research and testing tools.
  • Help define and implement an inspiring, holistic product vision and design strategy to build delightful experiences for our users.
  • Help cultivate the design culture of the team and the company, including championing user-centric design thinking across the company and maintaining a collaborative design process.
  • Work closely with peers across all departments (Digital Experience Technology, Advisory, Medical & Marketing) on opportunities that help deliver both user and business objectives.
  • Translate concepts into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
  • Lead user research to determine the best approaches and methods to capture the right insights; plan and run qualitative studies, including (but not limited to) user interviews, remote and in-person usability studies.
  • Communicate research findingsusing data visualisation techniques to inform business decision-making
  • Turn user research into representative personas, user stories, user journeys, storyboards, and other design thinking representations.
  • Manage and grow designerswithin the product team; this includes hiring and mentoring all levels of designers to deliver their best work.

About You

  • 5+ years professional experience using product design skills is required
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strength in user experience and visual design of complex digital products, backed up by data and insight
  • Ability to structure and conduct user tests and interviews
  • Experience in designing responsive web applications used in an enterprise environment
  • Experience working in an interactive Agile environment being part of multiple fusion teams
  • Deep understanding of design-thinking techniques and theories
  • Previous experience in implementing AI capabilities within SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, Javascript and CSS is a plus
  • Degree in design, psychology, business, statistics, human-computer interaction (HCI), related field or equivalent experience is a plus
