Chichester College is currently seeking to recruit a Student Records & Funding Supervisor to manage the Chichester Student Records & Funding team to deliver a customer focused service. You will support curriculum planning and development and co-ordinate the cross-college teams in order to deliver timely enrolments, withdrawals, transfers and achievement claims.
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £33,861 – £37,005 per annum.
The Student Records And Funding Supervisor Role
This is an interesting and varied role which involves working closely with the Deputy Director of Information and Funding to ensure funding deadlines are met, that data is of a high standard and that excellent customer service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities Of OurStudent Records And Funding Supervisor
- To lead and manage the Chichester College Student Records & Funding team in accordance with College policies and procedures.
- To provide expert knowledge on I&F systems and processes to College managers and staff.
- To manage the curriculum planning process.
- Ensure that all data returns are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- To ensure that effective arrangements are made to provide an efficient enrolment service at all times including the collection and banking of fees and meeting funding requirements.
- Ensure that all records are maintained accurately within the deadlines set and in accordance with internal requirements and those of external bodies.
- To support the work of internal and external auditors and to undertake regular audit style checks of the data.
- To deputise for the Deputy Diretor of Information & Funding as required.
Our ideal Student Records and Funding Supervisor should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in supervision of staff
- Experience managing complex projects
- Proficient in the use of office based IT applications; ideally Microsoft Office
- Experience dealing with confidential data
- Experience in data administration in schools and/or colleges
- Knowledge of funding guidance such as ESFA and HEFCE
- Educated to at least A-Level/NVQ 3 standard or equivalent experience
