We are hiring an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee all scaffolding activities at our project sites in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in scaffolding erection and dismantling, team supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling works as per safety guidelines
Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety codes
Coordinate with safety officers and site engineers to plan scaffolding requirements
Allocate and supervise scaffolding crew members and monitor daily activities
Ensure all scaffolding materials and tools are properly maintained and used safely
Maintain records of scaffolding inspections, permits, and manpower deployment
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety measures at site
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding scaffolding needs
Essential Qualifications
Certification in Scaffolding Supervision (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or relevant local authority certification)
Diploma / ITI in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant technical discipline
Skills Required
Sound knowledge of scaffolding standards, materials, and load calculations
Strong leadership and team management skills
