- Deliver holistic care to residents, including personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, infection control, dementia and end-of-life care, and managing supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with volunteers, Wellbeing Coordinator, and therapy teams to facilitate meaningful activities.
- Build relationships with residents and stakeholders, including key workers.
- Assist with nutrition, serving drinks, and supporting residents during meals.
- Maintain accurate records related to care and regulatory compliance.
- Participate actively in handovers, team meetings, and supervisions.

Communication skills: writing notes, verbal communication, adapting to different needs, and following instructions.
