Responsibilities

  • As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
  • The majority of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers across our busy shop floors, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping.
  • Work closely with the management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections to customers and ensuring the store is looking its best at all times.
  • Receive training tools and product knowledge and develop within a brand that offers opportunities to progress.

What will I be doing?

  • The majority of time will be on the shop floor in a fast-paced, fun environment.
  • Style customers in latest collections, sharing product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience.
  • Maintain the store’s aesthetics, ensure products are readily available, and uphold floor sets and standards.
  • Participate in stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders, using in-store digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
  • Empowerment to make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
  • Put the customer at the heart of everything you do and work as a cohesive AllSaints team.
  • Greet customers and tailor your approach to their visit purpose.
  • Housekeeping and keeping staff areas maintained to a high standard.
  • Work as one team with peers, seeking feedback for growth and development.

About the location

Our concession in Fenwicks, Tunbridge Wells has been open since 2010 and usually trades from 9:00am – 5:30pm (subject to seasonal change). The team maintains great relationships with local customers and neighbouring concessions. Store location is approximately a 10 minute journey from Tunbridge Wells station.
