As part of the Tesco team, you\’ll support retail customers with their Foreign Exchange needs, ensuring their travel experience begins positively.
What will you be doing?
- Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
- Becoming a trusted travel money advisor, supporting and advising on Travelex products.
- Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meeting procedural, operational, and customer service goals.
- Handling daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
- Adhering to legal, regulatory, and Travelex compliance standards.
