Is work-life balance important to you?This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home an average 3 days a week, with regular time in a supportive, friendly team and lovely spacious office. Youll be joining a collaborative environment with great induction and ongoing support.

Youll be supporting people referred through NHS Talking Therapies. These referrals will be individuals looking for guidance with employment, whether theyre in work and struggling or currently out of work and aiming to return.

What does the role involve?

  • Managing a caseload of around 3540 clients
  • Delivering roughly four one-to-one sessions per day (via phone/Teams or in person)
  • Helping clients across seven structured sessions: the first is an assessment, followed by tailored support based on their goals
  • Supporting people with practical steps like returning to work, speaking with their employer about adjustments, or finding more suitable employment
  • Around 50% of your clients may already be in work this is not a get them a job at all costs role, but one focused on sustainable outcomes aligned to mental wellbeing.

Weekly rhythm:

  • 1 day per week at the St Neots office (meeting clients and spending time with your team)
  • 1 day per week at the Peterborough NHS Community Mental Health Team office
  • Around 3 days working from home (mostly Teams-based one-to-ones)
  • Stakeholder meetings online every 12 weeks
  • Team away days every quarter (around 40 team members together for connection and CPD)
  • Please note: One of the available roles includes a monthly visit to Wisbech Jobcentre
