Oakleaf Partnership are working with leading Global Investment Manager. They are looking for an interim Behavioural Sales Trainer to deliver world-class training to their clients, equipping their teams with the knowledge and sales techniques they need to thrive in today’s complex markets. This is a unique chance to act as a true ambassador, adding value to high-profile clients and strengthening long-term relationships. You’ll help shape how major financial institutions sell, build trust, and grow.

What is the role:

  • Deliver engaging behavioural sales training directly to the company’s clients which are major financial institutions across EMEA, including Global Retail Banks
  • Use established behavioural sales training programmes already developed to upskill client-facing professionals in how to better engage, influence and build trust with their end clients.
  • Act as a trusted behavioural expert, helping their clients’ sales teams apply practical psychological techniques to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
  • Focus solely on delivery, the content is already developed, your expertise brings it to life.
  • Travel frequently across the UK and wider EMEA region to reach key client groups.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in delivering behavioural Sales Training within investment banking, asset management, or financial services
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful sales training to senior external client audiences.
  • Commercially credible, consultative and able to engage diverse cultural audiences across Europe.
  • Flexible to travel extensively and deliver sessions in person.
