Nested is redefining estate agency in the UK. The Nested Partnership brings onboard best-in-class, hyper-local agents to effectively run their own businesses under the Nested brand. Agents on the Nested platform gain better work-life balance, more autonomy, and greater take-home potential, while sellers experience a motivated agent focused on achieving the best possible outcome. This is an ambitious, growth-oriented team backed by leading VCs and focused on redefining the property industry.
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll be in charge of your local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and hours — and, as a result, your earnings. This role lets you grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best — from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating.
Responsibilities
- Lead your local area strategy, marketing tactics, and operating hours as a Nested Area Partner.
- Prospect, canvass, value, and negotiate as part of growing your local estate agency business under the Nested brand.
- Execute local advertising with Nested marketing support (door knocking, direct mail, events, local press) and manage your own local campaigns with support from marketing professionals.
- Manage client relationships from start to finish as the single point of contact throughout the Nested journey, supported by a smart selling app and in-house teams.
- Operate within a commission structure starting at 75% of revenue and increasing up to 100% as you grow.
- Work autonomously while leveraging Nested’s brand, products, and services to deliver outcomes for clients.
Requirements
- We’re looking for Brentwood’s best estate agent with 5–10 years of top industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
- A clear strategy and understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and building a local valuation machine.
- A truly entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic. Self-employment isn’t for everyone: if clients don’t sell, you don’t get paid; you need genuine passion and a proactive attitude.
- Unrivalled knowledge of your patch — you’ve lived in your local area for years and know the best amenities, schools, and hotspots.
- Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach — a commitment to providing the best possible outcomes and experience for clients.
- Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not essential. We expect enthusiasm to build your brand and engage with your community, with support available as needed.
