Job Description:

This apprenticeship offers comprehensive training in the Credit Control Department at our St Neots location. Responsibilities include monitoring due debts, customer account clarification, participating in receivables review meetings, managing payment plans, processing customer remittances, investigating unallocated amounts, arranging refunds, dunning of receivables, managing blocked sales documents, monitoring credit limits, evaluating default risk, processing disputes, maintaining customer data, and adhering to relevant procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications include a minimum GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English or A level standard, excellent English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, flexibility, prioritization skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to handle challenging behavior.
