We are seeking a Senior Process Improvement Analyst, Specialist, to lead complex or large process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Agile. The role involves developing, identifying, analyzing, and improving existing business processes to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and improve business processes to enhance quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and boost customer satisfaction.
- Manage process improvement initiatives from inception through implementation, ensuring deadlines are met. Define scope and requirements, establish timelines, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Utilize process improvement data and key metrics to measure outcomes.
- Support process improvement initiatives from start to finish, ensuring successful implementation.
- Create documentation supporting analysis and improvements, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap analyses.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing training and change management materials to support new processes.
- Coordinate follow-up meetings to ensure work completion and sustainment of improvements.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Leverage technical expertise to coach other team members on process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and training.
- Process improvement certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred; ability to obtain certification within one year.
- Experience with Asset Management or Wrap Platform preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize key metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
